David Hebert

David Hebert, Coil Tubing Partners’ Vice President of Operations, is a former Central US Division Manager for Coil Tubing Services, a Schlumberger Company. At Coil Tubing Partners he is responsible for the company’s field operations including the Rockies, South Texas and the Gulf of Mexico business units.

Prior to his service with Coil Tubing Partners, David was a founding member of Coil Tubing Services (CTS) in 1998 and remained on the Executive Management Team through acquisitions by WH Energy, Smith International and then Schlumberger in 2010.

David has 36 years experience in the coil tubing service segment starting his career in 1977 with Otis Engineering where he became District Manager prior to joining Continuous Tubing Services in 1986 serving as a Field Service Manager through the acquisition by Schlumberger in 1991.
