Aishling Deegan has extensive experience in communications and public relations. Aishling currently serves as the Head of Group Communications at Coillte since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked for the Irish Cancer Society as the Head of Communications from August 2020 to March 2023, and as the Communications & Public Relations Manager from August 2010 to August 2020. Aishling also served as the Press and Communications Officer at ICSA Ireland from September 2008 to August 2010. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Communications Manager at RCSI from 2006 to 2008 and as a Client Manager - Healthcare at FleishmanHillard from 2003 to 2006.
Aishling Deegan pursued their education at the University of Galway from 1998 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English and Politics.
