Scott Mcdonald

Scott McDonald serves as the Chief Transformation Officer at Coilplus, Inc. since January 2020, focusing on organizational growth and digitizing operations across ten locations. Previously, Scott was the President of Coilplus, Ohio, and currently holds the position of President at Coilplus Mexicana S.A. de C.V. with full P/L responsibility. Prior roles include Vice President of Operations at National Material Company, where management encompassed six facilities, and Vice President/General Manager of the Cold Rolled Strip Division at Steel Warehouse. Scott's extensive experience also includes tenure as General/Operations Manager at Worthington Steel and as a Faculty Lecturer at The Ohio State University. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University and an MBA in Operations from Benedictine University, alongside military training as a Maintenance/Weapons Crew Chief in the Ohio Air National Guard.
