Federica Manes is an HR professional with extensive experience in recruitment, personnel administration, training, and employee wellness. Currently serving as an HR Associate and previously an HR Analyst at COIMA since November 2019, responsibilities include candidate selection, employee onboarding, performance review support, and budget management. Prior experience as an HR Generalist at Panini DURINI involved recruitment, employee contract management, and training program organization. Through the consolidation of the three neighbourhoods Garibaldi, Varesine and Isola, Porta Nuova returns to Milan an abandoned area of over 290,000 square meters, with 24 LEED certified buildings for a sustainable quality level without comparison in Italy. 30 architects of 8 different nationalities took part in the project, which among the various international awards received the European Property Award 2015-2016 and the MIPIM Award 2018.
