Loredana Crea is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and financial management. Currently serving as HR Senior Manager at COIMA since 2010, Loredana has developed strategic HR initiatives to drive organizational success. Prior to this role, Loredana held the position of Financial Controller at Hines from 2001 to 2010, where expertise in financial oversight was demonstrated. Loredana holds a Diploma from Istituto Tecnico e Professionale, as well as a Master's degree in HR Strategic Management, showcasing a strong foundation in both finance and human resources.

Through the consolidation of the three neighbourhoods Garibaldi, Varesine and Isola, Porta Nuova returns to Milan an abandoned area of over 290,000 square meters, with 24 LEED certified buildings for a sustainable quality level without comparison in Italy. 30 architects of 8 different nationalities took part in the project, which among the various international awards received the European Property Award 2015-2016 and the MIPIM Award 2018.
