Nicolo Comparotto is a seasoned professional in fund and asset management, currently serving as Manager for the COIMA ESG City Impact Fund since February 2016, responsible for the first closed-end property investment fund in Italy focused on achieving financial returns alongside measurable ESG objectives. Prior to this role, Comparotto held positions as Associate at COIMA, managing significant hotel assets in Venice, and as Senior Valuation Analyst at Patrigest, where strategic consulting was provided to institutional investors. Earlier experience includes serving as Real Estate Asset & Development Manager at CIS Verona, focusing on business plans and investment opportunities. Comparotto holds a Master's degree in Real Estate from SDA Bocconi and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Politecnico di Milano.
