Kevin Stambazzi is a seasoned professional in real estate private equity, currently serving as an Associate at COIMA since July 2022, contributing to the management of the Coima ESG Impact Fund, Porta Romana Fund, and COIMA Housing Fund. Prior experience includes roles as an Analyst at BNP Paribas Real Estate and a long-standing position at Ca' Del Monte managing a family-run tourism structure. Kevin has enhanced analytical skills through a Master Thesis Project at MDOTM, focusing on macroeconomic information and financial market returns using Python. Additionally, Kevin has held various positions, including Portfolio Rebalancing Director and Junior Accountant, supporting a diverse range of financial and management activities.
