Dmitry Belaventsev

Dmitry Belaventsev has a diverse work experience in software engineering, starting from their freelance work in 2008. Dmitry worked with a private person on content projects, including information crawling and parsing, as well as infrastructural projects for automatic site composition and deployment. Dmitry gained experience in PHP and CMS modifications, as well as hiring and delegating work to other freelancers.

In 2013, Dmitry joined LevelUp games as a software engineer, where they primarily focused on game backend development and prototyping systems with high availability. Dmitry used various Python frameworks and prioritized clean code and documentation.

Dmitry worked on projects ranging from Google Spreadsheets to building a distributed mailing system.

Dmitry also utilized their passion for education and mentorship in software engineering, providing mentorship and consultancy in the field since 2017.

In 2020, Dmitry joined hummingbot.io as a senior software engineer.

During their time at Soshace in 2020 and 2021, they worked as a technical teacher and technical interviewer, leveraging their 10+ years of experience in software engineering and management to find and evaluate top engineering talents from around the world.
