Aeryn Murphy is an Associate General Counsel at Coinbase, Inc., specializing in global internal investigations and compliance. With over twenty-five years of experience as a white-collar partner, prosecutor, and in-house counsel, Aeryn has led more than one hundred complex investigations across five continents. Aeryn has negotiated enforcement resolutions with major federal and local authorities and has represented high-profile clients in significant legal matters. A recognized thought leader in anti-corruption enforcement, Aeryn authored a book on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, also published in Mandarin. Aeryn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Chapman University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee.
