Andrew Phillips, PhD, is a seasoned professional in business operations and strategy, currently serving as the BizOps lead for Operations and Technology at Coinbase since July 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Project Leader at the Boston Consulting Group from July 2019 to July 2022, where Andrew specialized in corporate strategy and due diligence in sectors such as chemicals and sustainability. Earlier positions involved consulting on corporate strategies across various industries and leading research teams at The University of Chicago, focusing on innovative bioelectric tools, as well as holding research positions at the University of Michigan Medical School and University of Michigan. Andrew holds a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Chicago, supplemented by coursework at prestigious institutions, including the Booth School of Business and Leiden University.
