Anthony Bassili

Anthony Bassili is currently the Head of Pensions at Coinbase. Prior to that, they served as the Director, Head of Pensions at BlackRock iShares from January 2020 to March 2022. In this role, they led relationships and business development for the US Pensions channel of iShares. From August 2011 to February 2018, Bassili served as VP Business Development at BlackRock.

Prior to joining BlackRock, Bassili worked as an Analyst at JP Morgan from February 2009 to July 2011. In this role, they provided Transition Management and restructuring services for JP Morgan institutional clients across multi-asset class fund structures.

Anthony also holds the CAIA Charterholder certification from the CAIA Association and the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) certification from FINRA. Additionally, they are registered with FINRA as a Series 7, Series 3, and Series 63 licensed professional.
