Cindy Guan

Cindy Guan is currently a Senior Counsel, Regulatory Litigation at Coinbase. Cindy previously served as an Associate at Latham & Watkins and worked as a legal analyst at Kobre & Kim LLP, where they led asset tracing efforts that resulted in significant financial recoveries. Past experiences also include a Law Clerk position at the U.S. Attorney's Office and a Research Assistant role at Stanford Law School. Cindy has pursued an extensive education, studying International Humanitarian Law at the University of Oxford and earning a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School, along with a Bachelor's degree from Stanford University.
