Wade Swanson is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in employment law and litigation. Currently serving as Senior Counsel for Employment & Litigation at Sprouts Farmers Market since October 2022, Wade leads a team addressing all employment and litigation matters. Prior roles include General Counsel at Sigma, where responsibilities encompassed corporate, litigation, regulatory, and employment issues, and Division Vice President for Human Capital at Bar-S Foods Co., concurrently handling general counsel duties and HR functions. With a background at Littler, Maricopa County, and various law firms, Wade has significant expertise in management representation and litigation across diverse legal areas. Wade's educational foundation includes a Doctor of Law from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, complemented by executive education from prestigious institutions such as Stanford and Wharton.
