Joephed Arintoc

Joephed Arintoc currently serves as an Associate Manager for Complaints at Coinbase, having transitioned through roles such as Regulatory Complaints Supervisor and Global Consumer Complaints Supervisor since February 2021. Prior to Coinbase, Joephed held the position of Team Lead at TaskUs from March 2018 to February 2021 and at Convergys from November 2013 to December 2017, where responsibilities included leading operations and coaching both new hires and experienced agents. Additionally, Joephed gained experience as a Sales Coach Intern, focusing on enhancing sales metrics and client satisfaction through data management and coaching initiatives.
