Kacper Strak, CAMS, currently serves as a Senior Program Manager for Enhanced Due Diligence at Coinbase, overseeing the daily management of the EDD program through cross-functional collaboration. Strak previously held the position of Executive Director and Head of FCC Operations at Manufacturers Bank, where execution of Financial Crimes controls was a key responsibility. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Advisory Lead for FCRM at Genpact, Director of AML Compliance at Mizuho, AVP of Enhanced Due Diligence at Commerzbank AG, and Financial Crimes Due Diligence Analyst at HSBC. Strak began a career in compliance as a KYC Analyst at Barclays Capital Inc. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and a BS in Economics and Political Science from Rutgers University.
