Katherine Moore

Katherine Moore is a seasoned Senior Recruiter at Coinbase, overseeing a team of eight recruiters across the US, India, and Singapore since September 2019. Katherine manages all Emerging Talent requisitions and headcount reconciliation in North America and the Asia-Pacific region, while designing leveling strategies and leading education partnerships for technical roles. Prior experience includes roles as a recruiter and technical sourcer at Coinbase, where Katherine achieved numerous accolades for outstanding performance and candidate experience. Katherine also held positions at Kiva as a Program Operations Associate, at the University of Michigan as a student ambassador and NCAA Division 1 student-athlete, and interned at SoundCloud and the Stanford Institute for Economic Policy Research. Katherine holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Economics from the University of Michigan.
