Lauren Abendschein

Lauren Abendschein is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in institutional sales and finance. Currently serving as the Global Head of Institutional Sales at Coinbase since May 2023, Lauren previously held the position of Director at Credit Suisse from May 2010 to August 2018, leading Prime Services sales on the West Coast and contributing to the capital introductions team in Hong Kong. Prior to this, Lauren worked as the Assistant Director at Oberlin College from June 2007 to May 2010. Lauren Abendschein holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Music from Oberlin College, focusing on Politics and French Horn Performance, and earned a Master of Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
