Max Eichenberger

Max Eichenberger serves as the Associate General Counsel for Crypto Assets and Regulatory Licensing at Coinbase since March 2022, previously holding the position of Senior Counsel, Product (Crypto Assets). Eichenberger's earlier experience includes a tenure at Reed Smith LLP from September 2017 to March 2022, focusing on complex data privacy litigation and advising blockchain firms on US securities laws. Eichenberger gained legal instruction experience as a Teaching Assistant at Chicago Kent College of Law and honed legal research skills through roles as a Summer Associate at Reed Smith and a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Susan E. Cox. Eichenberger holds a Juris Doctor degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
