Molly Abraham

Molly Abraham is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the technology and regulatory sectors. Currently serving as VP, Legal at Coinbase since March 2021, Molly has held several significant legal positions, including Senior Director and Associate General Counsel. In addition, Molly is a member of the DeputyGC Steering Committee at TechGC and has served as a Board Director for Centre and Wisk, the latter transitioning to a wholly owned subsidiary of Boeing in June 2023. Prior roles include General Counsel at Kitty Hawk and Associate General Counsel at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, where Molly managed complex litigations and internal investigations. An inventor on a granted patent and possessing advanced legal education from the University of Chicago Law School, Molly also holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Northwestern University.
