Raina Foster

Raina Foster is an accomplished professional in Learning and Development with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Manager II, CX L&D Strategy and Operations at Coinbase since April 2021, Raina has been recognized with the 2022 Executive Star Award. Previous roles include Manager of Global Training Services L&D, where Raina received the 2020 Grow Getter Award at AvidXchange, Inc., and served as Senior Learning & Development Consultant, earning the 2019 AvidXcellence Award. Raina's career also includes roles as Training Development Specialist at Pristine Property Preservations and Presentation Specialist at American City Business Journals. A strong background in education is evident from experience as Bilingual ESL Instructor and SIOP Coach at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools and Prep Year Program Manager at Jubail University College, both of which honed Raina's instructional leadership and training skills.
