Raj Tarat

Raj Tarat is a seasoned technical recruiter and global talent director with extensive experience across various companies, including Coinbase, Elements Talent Solutions, IKEA, C&A, and Miro. As a fractional talent leader and acquisition manager, Raj has successfully contributed to talent acquisition strategies and leadership in digital environments. An alumnus of the University of Sussex, Raj earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Economics between 2009 and 2012, and prior education was completed at Eltham College from 1997 to 2009.
