Stefanie Schiff

Stefanie Schiff serves as Associate General Counsel at Coinbase, where since February 2022, responsibilities include leading the development of a comprehensive AI privacy, security, and governance program that aligns with GDPR, CPRA, EU AI Act, and NIST controls. Prior to this role, Stefanie was Assistant General Counsel at Spring Labs, overseeing regulatory affairs, and held positions as Senior Corporate Counsel at Fair.com and Senior Corporate Counsel at Spring Labs. Earlier in the career, Stefanie worked as an Associate Attorney at Akerman LLP, focusing on civil litigation for financial institutions, and at Litchfield Cavo LLP, achieving success in multi-million dollar commercial litigation. Stefanie Schiff earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from UC San Diego and a Doctor of Law from the University of San Diego School of Law.
