Victoria MacKey

Victoria Mackey is a seasoned recruitment professional currently serving in various roles at Coinbase since January 2021, including Intern Program Specialist, Emerging Talent Recruiter, Candidate Experience Lead, Executive Recruiting Specialist, and Recruitment Coordinator. Prior to Coinbase, Victoria was with Premier Talent Partners from August 2019 to December 2020, where responsibilities included Talent Success Manager and Recruiting Associate. Victoria's experience also encompasses a stint as a Social Media Marketing Intern at Southern Oregon Public Television and a Sales Intern at Aflac.
