Wilson Cheng

Wilson Cheng is an experienced professional in the finance and cryptocurrency sectors, currently serving as the Institutional Sales, Trading and Prime for APAC at Coinbase since May 2020. Prior to this role, Wilson worked as Chief Analyst at an Asia-based crypto hedge fund from May 2018 to February 2020, which was founded by a former Brevan Howard portfolio manager. Wilson co-founded and served as CEO of Paperlss Limited from September 2015 to January 2018. Before entering the cryptocurrency space, Wilson held positions as Associate Director in Equity Corporate Finance at Standard Chartered Bank from 2013 to 2015 and as an Analyst in the Investment Banking Department at Credit Suisse from 2011 to 2013. Wilson holds a Master of Science in Management from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Science from UCL, along with additional education from General Assembly.
