Xiaobin Xiaobin is an experienced Engineering Manager currently driving growth for Coinbase One since October 2024. Previously, Xiaobin managed a team of over 15 engineers at TikTok, focusing on developing an Account solution to enhance user login and account management experiences while ensuring privacy compliance. Earlier roles include leading a full stack team at Snap Inc. to increase user growth for Snapchat and developing a marketing solution for ad attribution and targeting. Xiaobin's technical expertise was further demonstrated as a Software Engineer at Snap Inc., improving App Install and Web View attribution frameworks. Educationally, Xiaobin holds a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Sun Yat-sen University.
