Sarthak Kapoor

Sarthak Kapoor has a strong background in cybersecurity and information security. Sarthak is currently working as the Lead Infosec Engineer at CoinDCX since May 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Security Engineer at Flipkart from May 2021 to April 2022. In this role, they conducted security assessments and evaluated the effectiveness of security solutions. Before Flipkart, Sarthak worked at Infosys Ltd, where they served as a Senior Cyber Security Analyst from August 2020 to May 2021, and as a Cyber Security Analyst from July 2018 to July 2020. At Infosys, they focused on securing a large number of endpoints by utilizing tools such as TrendMicro, Microsoft Defender, and Nessus. Sarthak's work experience also includes an internship at UVISOFT Technologies as an Embedded Systems Intern in 2016.

Sarthak Kapoor completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Engineering from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University from 2014 to 2018. Sarthak then pursued a short-term course in Applied cybersecurity essentials - Hybrid Intensive from Purdue University in 2020. Prior to that, they completed their High School education in Science from Kiit World School from 2012 to 2014. In terms of certifications, Sarthak has obtained the SC 900 Microsoft Security, Identity and compliance certification from Microsoft in 2022, the Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) certification from EC-Council in October 2021, and several other certifications related to cybersecurity and information assurance from Microsoft and Purdue University.
