Ryan DeMattia

Ryan DeMattia has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ryan is the Founder and Managing Director of Coindex Capital since June 2016, where they oversee the operations of the company. Prior to that, Ryan worked as a Senior Marketing Manager at Buckle from March 2019 to July 2021, responsible for marketing strategies. Ryan also served as a Senior Project Manager at Digitas North America from January 2018 to March 2019. In addition, Ryan worked as a Demand Generation Manager at Urjanet from February 2017 to January 2018. Ryan is the Founder and CEO of Daedalus Digital Creative Agency, a role they held from January 2015 to February 2017. Ryan also founded and served as the CTO of VOICE from January 2013 to January 2015, spearheading the company's technological advancements. Before entering the private sector, they held the position of Research Team Director - Startups and Technology at Clemson University, where they led evaluations of tech startups and collaborated on grant funding proposals from September 2011 to October 2014. Ryan gained valuable experience as the Social Media Manager at TigerPaw Productions from August 2011 to December 2012, implementing data-driven marketing strategies. Furthermore, they worked as a Creative Content Writer at Zukor Marketing from October 2011 to April 2012, creating engaging content for interactive software. Ryan also served as the Head of Customer Experience at Project ThinkFrame from June 2011 to December 2011, contributing to the development of software and marketing strategies. Ryan DeMattia has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Product Innovation & Entrepreneurship from Clemson University. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Clemson University - College of Business and Behavioral Science, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Economics and Political Science with a focus on Quantitative Analysis. In addition to their academic achievements, they also hold a Series 3 certification from FINRA, which they obtained in May 2021.
