Shane Larsen

Shane Larsen is the current Chief Coinslayer at Coinless and previously held the position of Sr. HR Generalist at Jane.com. Shane has also worked as a Latino Market Manager at Jamberry.

Shane has a passion for helping others and maximizing employee potential. At Jane, they worked on improving the employment experience through better HR processes, individual and organizational development, and cultural growth. Some of their responsibilities included company-wide OKR implementation, leading the OKR program, designing and executing developmental training for all departments, cultivating a culture of growth and fulfillment for employees, and monitoring company happiness.

At Jamberry, Shane was responsible for managing the Latino market. Shane helped the company expand its reach by developing relationships with key partners, creating marketing campaigns, and increasing sales in the Latino market.

Shane is a motivated individual with a proven track record of success in both their previous companies. Shane is an excellent leader and team player, and is always looking for ways to improve the workplace and help their employees grow professionally and personally.

Shane Larsen has a Master of Professional Communication from Westminster College and a Bachelor of Liberal Arts & Sciences from Utah State University. Their field is multimedia communications and their focus is international business.
