Ashley Cookerly

Ashley Cookerly has been working in people operations since 2015. Ashley started at Swift Navigation as the People Operations Manager, where they were responsible for developing the company's HR program from scratch. This included researching and launching numerous programs, such as 401k, health benefits, employee referral, green card, parental leave, and relocation. Ashley also managed the hiring and onboarding of all employees, led the company's performance review process, and administered HRIS tools. In their current role at CoinList, Ashley is responsible for operations and continues to assess employee programs and processes to implement improvements.

Ashley Cookerly is a software engineer who attended Hackbright Academy for their software engineering education. Ashley also holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of the Pacific in communication and public relations. In addition, they have two certificates from different universities - one in human resource management from the University of the Pacific and another in Stanford Advanced Project Management from Stanford University.

They are on a team with Andy Bromberg - President, Mike Zajko - Head of Sales & Partnerships, and Adrian Uberto - Managing Director. Ashley Cookerly reports to Graham Jenkin, CEO.
