Sung Woo Choi

Sung Woo Choi is the VP of Business & Corporate Development at Coinme. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director at Choi Capital Ventures LLC, a renewable energy project development and consulting firm, from January 2009 to December 2016. At Choi Capital Ventures LLC, Sung Woo Choi conducted business development for projects in the U.S., Chile, and South Korea, and provided consulting services that included renewable energy project development and management, M&A guidance and negotiations, financial analysis, and contract negotiations. Sung also led all business development efforts for the firm, successfully acquiring clients in Asia and North America.

From January 2012 to December 2015, Sung Woo Choi was the Head of Marketing and Design at Manhattan Seattle LLC, where they operated a Capitol Hill steakhouse and cocktail bar as a sweat-equity partner.

Sung Woo Choi began their career as a Project Manager at Thilabus Development, Inc. from January 2007 to December 2008.

Sung Woo Choi received a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Sung then went on to earn a Doctor of Law in Intellectual Property Law from Seattle University School of Law. After that, they earned a MS in Economics from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Lastly, they received a Bachelor of Science in Economics and International Affairs from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
