Pasi J. Matilainen

Pasi J. Matilainen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Pasi J. is currently working at Coinmotion as the Interim Chief Executive Officer, having previously held the positions of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer. Pasi also has experience in the technology and research sectors. Pasi J. was the Chief Technology Officer and Founder at On-Time Research Solutions, where they developed a cloud service for phone polling with random samples and conducted market research. Prior to that, they worked as a Technical Project Manager at Prasos Ltd and as a Development Manager at Fulmore. Pasi also has extensive experience in project management, having worked as a Project Manager at Kela and Tieto. Pasi J. has also held entrepreneurial roles at Pasi Matilainen Solutions and TDG-Finnoval Ky. Pasi began their career as a Telemarketer at MediaPex Oy and later worked as a Lead Software Engineer at Fourplan ICT Solutions.

Pasi J. Matilainen received their Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems Science, Software Business, Economics, and Basic Business Studies from the University of Jyväskylä. Pasi J. attended the University of Jyväskylä from 1999 to 2008. In 2003 to 2004, they also participated in a student exchange program at The University of Edinburgh, where they studied Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence. In addition to their education, Pasi J. Matilainen obtained the Certified Project Manager IPMA Level C certification from the Project Management Association Finland in November 2015.
