Illya Swan

Illya Swan has a diverse work experience in various industries. Starting in 2013, Illya worked as a Customer Experience Representative at Indigo. In 2014, Illya worked as an Account Manager/Marketing Specialist at Solodko Ukrainian Bakery, helping the company grow from a small market presence to participating in multiple markets and festivals. Illya also gained sales experience as a Door-to-Door Sales Associate at University Painters.

In 2015, Illya joined PNI Digital Media Ltd as a Product/Services Analyst, working with large retail accounts and gaining valuable business intelligence data. During the same time, Illya also founded Vancouver Vibes, a media project aimed at connecting people and decreasing prejudice.

In 2017, Illya worked in Development Support and later as a QA Tester at IUGO Mobile Entertainment. Illya gained experience in the development and testing processes of mobile entertainment products.

In 2018, Illya became a QA Consultant at CoinPayments, followed by a role as a QA Manager at the same company. In this role, Illya established a QA department and significantly reduced defects in released updates.

Illya continued to work at CoinPayments and took on roles such as Product Designer/QA Manager and Director of Product Design. Illya was responsible for designing new features, training junior designers, and executing user testing sessions. Illya also redesigned and oversaw the implementation of various components, increasing transparency and user confidence.

In 2019, Illya joined the Ukrainian Space Agency as a Director. Illya's most recent role is Head of Product at CoinPayments, where they are currently responsible for leading the product team.

Throughout their career, Illya has demonstrated a strong focus on product design, quality assurance, and leadership, contributing to the growth and success of the companies they have worked for.

Illya Swan attended Keota High School from 2010 to 2011, where they completed their high school education. Following that, they enrolled in Langara College from 2012 to 2015, where they earned an Associate's Degree in Business and Commerce.
