Pierre Soulard

Pierre Soulard has a strong background in securities and corporate law, with a focus on corporate finance, M&A, and general corporate matters. Pierre began their career in 2000 as a Partner at Norton Rose Fulbright Canada LLP, where they worked until 2015. During this time, Pierre gained experience in public offerings, private placements, M&A transactions, and corporate governance in various industries. In 2015, Pierre joined Miller Thomson LLP as a Partner, where they continued to practice corporate law until 2022. At Miller Thomson LLP, Pierre specialized in corporate finance, M&A, and general corporate matters. In 2021, Pierre also took on a role as Director and Chair of the corporate governance committee at CyberCatch. Most recently, in 2022, Pierre became the Chief Legal Officer at CoinSmart.
