Stallone Dias has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Stallone currently serves as the Director of Client Success at Coinsquare, a position they have held since September 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Xtreme Blockchain Labs as a Customer Experience Manager from July 2018 to July 2019.
Before entering the technology sector, Stallone worked at Dream Payments Corp. as the MPOS Operations Manager & Head of Customer Success. During their time there from July 2013 to July 2018, they were responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Success and Support teams.
Stallone's earlier experience includes their role as an Operations Manager at PDL Contact Centres Ltd from April 2006 to March 2013. In this position, they were in charge of strategic planning, development, staffing, and financial performance of a privately held contact center.
Prior to that, Stallone worked at Travel Alberta - Tourism Parks and Recreation– GOA as a Customer Service Liaison/Team Lead. Stallone'sresponsibilities included communicating with the Managing Director of Tourism and maintaining relationships within the industry.
Throughout their career, Stallone has developed expertise in client success, customer experience, operations management, and strategic planning.
Stallone Dias attended the University of Toronto in 2019, where they obtained a SCS Certificate in Full Stack Development. Prior to that, they completed a CCNA - Cisco Certified Network Associate degree from CISCO Networking Academy from 2000 to 2002, focusing on Network and System Administration/Administration. In terms of additional certifications, Stallone obtained various certifications in customer service, data reporting and analysis, service metrics, and strategic thinking from LinkedIn in 2018.
