Jayce Ross has worked in various roles since 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Compliance Consultant at SecurityMetrics. During this time, they informed merchants about PCI compliance, customer relations, and enroll/sale services. Jayce also provided technical support for merchants using VoIP terminals and assisted in finding IP addresses to ensure secure transmission of credit card data. Jayce was a top 5 sales consultant every month for two years. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at Best Buy as a Geek Squad, where they ensured positive customer experience by proactively managing and growing customer relationships, increased revenue by reinforcing contractual agreements, and organized project teams delivering value to the customer base. Jayce also increased repair efficiency by 60% and repair turn time by 80%. From 2018 to 2022, they worked at RainFocus as a Client Care Tier II Support, Implementation Analyst, and QA Engineer. As a QA Engineer, they performed manual exploratory testing of the RainFocus application and created and executed test plans and test cases for multiple teams. Jayce also assured quality by communicating with developers and project managers on the needs of their clients. Currently, they are working at CoinZoom as a Customer Support Manager and Tier 2 Support. Additionally, they worked at Wingers Grill and Bar from 2013 to 2018 as a Waiter, where they waited tables and interacted with customers.
Jayce Ross obtained a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Utah Valley University between 2011 and 2017. Jayce also holds four additional certifications from RainFocus: Attendee Management Certification, Content Management Certification, Exhibitor Management Certification, and FTK. All four certifications were obtained in April 2020.
