Jordan Mauzy has held a variety of roles in the customer service and success industry since 1998. In that time, they have worked for Bank One, University of Phoenix, Keap, RainFocus and CoinZoom. At Bank One, they served as a Quality Analyst and Business Financial Consultant. At University of Phoenix, they were an Enrollment Counselor. At Keap, they held the positions of Director of Customer Support, Manager of Customer Support, Director of Account Management, VP of Customer Success, and Director of Customer Experience. At RainFocus, they were the Manager of Client Care. Lastly, at CoinZoom, they are currently the Director of Customer Success.
