Isuru Madarasinghe

Isuru Madarasinghe is a Director at CoirRoots, where they focus on developing innovative robotics solutions. They are currently working as a robotics research engineer, specializing in humanoid robots, after previously serving as a robotics engineer at Arimac and a research and development assistant in rehabilitation robotics. Isuru holds a Master’s degree in Robotics and Autonomous Systems from the University of Bath, where they earned a distinction, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Leeds, graduating with first-class honors. Their foundational education included an International Foundation Year for Science and Engineering at the University of Leeds and primary and higher education at Ananda College in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
