Mai Nguyen

Mai Nguyen is an accomplished pastry chef with extensive experience in the culinary industry. Currently serving as the Executive Pastry Chef at COJE Management Group since June 2021, Mai has previously held significant positions including Pastry Chef/Kitchen Manager at Flour Bakery+Cafe from May 2018 to June 2021, and Executive Pastry Chef at Brasswood Estate from June 2017 to April 2018. Additional experience includes Head Pastry Chef at Morimoto Napa from December 2015 to May 2017, Pastry Chef de Partie at Bouchon Bakery from August 2014 to December 2015, and Executive Pastry Chef at Chapelure from 2010 to 2014.
