Shady Ismail has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Shady began their career in 2009 as a Teacher Assistant at the American University in Cairo. Shady then worked at CEMEX as an Engineering Trainee for a short period. In 2010, they joined Ismailtex as a Deputy Manager and held the role until 2014. In the same year, they transitioned to Procter & Gamble, where they served as the International Trade Transportation Governance & Compliance Manager before becoming the Demand Planning Manager. In 2018, Shady Ismail joined Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited as a Demand Planning Specialist and eventually progressed to become the Demand Planning Manager and Senior Demand Planning Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Supply Chain Transformation.

Shady Ismail began their education in 2005 at The American University in Cairo, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering. Their studies at this institution lasted from 2005 until 2010.
