Emily Olson

Emily Olson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Emily began their career at Bistro 88 in 2007, where they served as a hostess, waitress, and bartender. In 2008, they moved on to Castagna Scott LLP, working as a legal assistant until 2013. From 2013 to 2015, Emily served as a litigation paralegal at Cain & Skarnulis PLLC. Most recently, they joined Cokinos Young in 2015 as a legal assistant paralegal.

Emily Olson earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Texas State University, where they studied from 2008 to 2010. In 2015, they obtained a certification as a Professional Paralegal from NALS...the association for legal professionals.
