Currently serving as a Partner and Lead Facilitator at Colab Cohorts, John focuses on empowering product teams through cohort-based training. In addition, John holds the position of Head of Product Operations at ezyVet, where responsibilities include enhancing product rigor across various technical groups. As the Founder of Plastic Kiwi, John leads AI-powered product tooling initiatives. Previous roles include Group Product Manager for the Data Portfolio at Xero, where John managed data infrastructure, and Release Manager at Gameloft, overseeing continuous integration processes. With a strong foundation in project management and various IT disciplines, John possesses a breadth of knowledge and skills cultivated through years of hands-on experience across multiple organizations.
