Toby Delamore is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and leadership roles across multiple organizations. As a Co-Founder of Colab since July 2020, Toby focuses on creating continuous professional development through innovative learning experiences. In the role of VP/GM for Product - Practice Tools at Xero since August 2019, Toby drives product strategy to achieve successful outcomes for global accounting and bookkeeping practices. Additionally, Toby has held advisory positions at Frello and Comply Pro, and served as a mentor in product management with adplist.org. Formerly a board member for New Zealand Lacrosse, Toby has contributed governance expertise within the national sports organization. Preceding these roles, Toby was a product manager at Roam Creative and Trade Me, and gained early experience as a marketing intern with the New York Lizards. Toby holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sport and Recreation Management from New England College (2009-2012).

We combine participation in cohort-based programs with access to content and community to help you and your company scale. Our offerings are spread across an entire career lifecycle of professionals. We aim to help people when they enter their product career , when they are upskilling and when they need support from other professionals. We call these different phases: Moving in - cohorts focused on removing the barriers to entry, and helping people gain foundational product skill sets.
