Jake Kornreich

Jake Kornreich is a finance executive with extensive experience in leading financial operations and strategic initiatives. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at CoLab Software since July 2025, Kornreich previously held the CFO position at Own Company, where revenue growth from $13 million to over $260 million was achieved, culminating in a $2.1 billion acquisition by Salesforce. Kornreich also assumed roles as Chief of Staff and Interim Chief People Officer, focusing on executive alignment and talent strategy during significant growth phases. Prior experience includes Director of Strategy & Finance at Homepolish and positions at J.P. Morgan and Freeman & Co. Kornreich holds a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and has a background in business and finance from Boston College.
