François R. Roy

Mr. Roy has been a corporate director since 2010. He was Vice Principal (Administration and Finance) of McGill University from 2007 until 2010. From 2000 until 2003, he was Chief Financial Officer of Telemedia Corporation, a private portfolio company. Prior thereto, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Quebecor Inc., an organization in telecommunications, entertainment, news media and culture, from 1998 until 2000, and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Avenor Inc., a producer of newsprint and wood products, from 1997 until 1998.
