Charlotte Caton has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Charlotte started their career as a Database Marketing Executive at Scotts of Stow in 2002. Charlotte then joined Wolseley in 2004 as a Deputy Brand Manager, where they focused on marketing support, catalogue production, and launching an online merchandising portal. In 2008, Charlotte became a Product Marketing Manager at the National Federation of Retail Newsagents, responsible for brand and product marketing. Charlotte later transitioned to the role of Brand Marketing Manager within the same organization. In 2014, Charlotte joined Electrolux as a Trade Marketing Manager, where they developed and executed trade campaigns for the UK market. Their responsibility included working closely with sales and product line to maximize sales and profitability. Charlotte's most recent role is at Colart, where they started as a Trade Marketing Manager in 2017. Charlotte was then promoted to UK Marketing Manager in 2020 before assuming their current position as the UK Head of Marketing in April 2022. At Colart, Charlotte focuses on planning, developing, and executing trade and consumer campaigns for the Winsor & Newton and Liquitex brands. Charlotte collaborates with various teams within the organization and overseas brand sales performance analysis, NPD initiatives, forecasting, and brand planning.

Charlotte Caton attended the University of the West of England from 1999 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.
