Maricris Cosgrave

Maricris Cosgrave has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Maricris started their career as a Food Safety and Quality Assurance Manager at Chef's Secret Inc., where they worked closely with different functions to deliver new product ideas and ensure compliance with food safety standards. Maricris then moved on to SEAOIL Philippines, Inc. as a Senior Chemist, leading innovation and product launching efforts, and ensuring high-quality products through quality control and monitoring. Maricris further expanded their expertise in research and development as a Research and Development Chemist at AkzoNobel, where they led projects for interior wall paints. Maricris also has experience as a Chemistry Tutor at Tutor Doctor, where they focused on individual student needs and developed their learning styles. Currently, they are serving as the Global Head of Regulatory and Compliance at Colart, where they are responsible for strategic development and management of innovation projects and ensuring regulatory compliance.
