Curt Waggoner, DBIA, has extensive experience in project management and alternative delivery within the construction industry. Waggoner started the career at Atkinson Construction as a Project Manager from August 2005 to January 2016, followed by a role as Design Build Manager at Griffith Company from January 2016 to May 2019. Waggoner then took on positions at Sully-Miller Contracting Co., serving as Alternative Delivery Manager and Senior Project Manager from September 2020 to July 2021. Most recently, Waggoner is the Director of Colas Operations Network and Regional Pursuit Manager at COLAS, which involves strategic planning for procurement of alternative delivery and federal contracts. Waggoner holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from California State University-San Bernardino, completed between 1990 and 2001.
