Philippe Toublant

Philippe Toublant currently serves as the Chief Data Officer at COLAS, a role held since January 2019, where responsibilities include developing the group's data strategy, overseeing the construction of the data platform, and promoting data literacy across the organization. Prior to this, Philippe held various positions at TF1 le Groupe from 2012 to 2018, progressing from Deputy Director of Decision Support to Director of Data, where achievements included implementing an Adobe Audience Manager DMP and establishing a data lake using Hadoop-Spark. Philippe's extensive experience spans over two decades in data management, analytics, and team leadership within TF1 Publicité and earlier roles in statistics for the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, demonstrating a solid foundation in econometrics and statistics with degrees from University of Paris I and Université Angers.
