Pierre Lamy

Pierre Lamy is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Learning & Talent Program Manager for EMEA & Specialties at COLAS since March 2022, overseeing a multinational team of 14,000 collaborators across 28 countries. Previously, Pierre held the role of HR Project Manager for the Materials Division at COLAS, contributing to the HR development of a new division with 4,000 employees across various global locations.
