Samuel Soulard

Samuel Soulard is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in bid management and project leadership within the infrastructure and construction sectors. Currently serving as the Indian Ocean & Caribbean Area Bid Manager for COLAS since September 2017, Samuel plays a crucial role in managing international tenders for major infrastructure projects across various regions, including significant engagements in Madagascar and the Caribbean. Previous roles at SUEZ involved directing major tenders for water treatment infrastructures in the Middle East, while positions at Saipem included leading tendering activities for oil and gas projects in the Gulf Region.
